This breed of sheep is one of the oldest breeds of sheep in North America. It is believed they are descendants of the sheep brought over from the Spanish in the 1500s.
We will be selling some of the lambs once they are weaned probably late spring. Of if you are interested in us raising one for you till it's time to be processed we can do that.
This breed has a very mild flavor meat.
